Plans to expand Handforth coffee shop

Plans have been submitted to extend a coffee shop in Handforth.

Full planning permission is being sought to increase the size of the Oasis coffee bar on Plumley Road.

The extension to Saint Chad's coffee shop will provide disabled and staff toilets, a larger sales area and a bakery at the 1970's premises.

Good to see this cafe doing so well. Can't see any reason to object.

Good to see it expanding but I wonder if a more central location would benefit everyone, espwcially since Caffe Latte closed. Cafe Unity in the centre of Heald Green does very well.
