A lorry has overturned on the A34 Wilmslow bypass this afternoon, Friday, 27th March.
As a result the bypass was initially closed southbound to allow for the recovery of the overturned HGV.
However, the A538 and A34 between Dean Row Road Roundabout and Pendleton Way Roundabout, were subsequently closed in both directions due to the spillage on the carriageway.
