It's a dangerous junction often you find at peak times drivers on the wrong side of the road to cut traffic and turn right at the lights onto Dean, something needs doing with this junction.

Only two or three cars can turn right onto Dean Row Rd before the arrow disappears. The right hand turn is not helped by drivers coming in the opposite direction on a red light. A camera at this spot would bring plenty of revenue - and a longer delay for the cars turning right would be a Godsend

I am not surprised that this has happened, drivers get the idea that they can shoot through a red light at that junction, I have had a few close shaves turning right into Stanneylands Road where drivers heading north blast through a red light. The light system there stinks for turning there, the north bound lights allow drivers to move forward before those turning, there is now leeway when the lights change but there is a filter light heading east on Dean Row Road, that is asking for angry drivers to flout the law but as I don't know the position of those near Highfield I cannot comment! Get it sorted Wilmslow Council, you are causing a lot of the problems. Get cameras set over the traffic lights to stop possible fatalities!

Lots of heart felt comments from readers and very sad to see a bad smash on this road.

We saw the dazed and injured parties shortly after it happened. Awful.

And of course, with even more new developments planned off north Wilmslow roads, the risk from more accidents will increase pro rata.

Please Cheshire East do something fast before it's too late.
