Founder and MD, Katie Bancroft, has built Talent though her passion in providing clients with the HR and Recruitment solutions that they need. With over 15 years' experience in HR and recruitment across a wide range of businesses and sectors, she understands the key role that HR plays in helping a business owner deliver their business strategy.
Katie explains: "Our mission is to provide a joined-up approach to HR or recruitment; in my eyes the two should always be working together. We differ from other HR consultancies as our starting point is to understand the overall needs and objectives of a business, ultimately we care about our clients and their budgets."
