For one day only a touring theatre production aimed at 3-5 year olds and their families will be coming to Wilmslow library.

Boxy and Sticky, described as "a mischievous theatrical adventure to entrance and delight 3-5 year olds" will be performed at Wilmslow Library on Saturday, 25th June, starting at 11am.

Librarian Marg Charlesworth said "We think it is the perfect opportunity for parents to bring their very young children to taste their first experience of theatre in the relaxed environment of the library."

As an added bonus the audience can join in with a play session after the performance which will be based on the play.

Boxy and Sticky invites the audience into the playful and gloriously imaginative world of two characters revelling in the games familiar to all children. Their encounters are full of mischief, dressing, up and giggle-inducing wordplay. Gradually, through their exuberant playacting and mimicry, they learn that co-operation and empathy can make playing together even more fun.

Tickets priced £5 can be booked in advance through the library on 01625 374060 or via Ticketsource. Each adult and child attending will require a ticket.
