Plans have been submitted to change of use of a retail premises at 26 Manchester Road to be used for offices.
Wilmslow based Mather & Co are seeking permission to renovate the Kids Exchange shop, with storage above, to covert the premises for use as offices and extend the building at the rear to create additional space to support the company's expansion.
The scheme includes demolition of the existing rear outrigger and replacement with a part three storey, part single storey rear extension with alterations to the roof space. Additionally changes will be made to the front elevation to replace the shopfront with a new entrance and windows.
The existing property is 131.9 sqm, across all floors, and the final building with be 222.6sqm overall.

and where are these office workers going to park there car's there is no car parking
fasciitis on this site, this means there will be more car's part on the streets of
Wilmslow adding more congestion to Wilmslow which is already a major problem
without adding to it.
