Two men has been arrestd following a police chase through Wilmslow on Sunday, 12th January, involving lots of police cars, an ambulance and helicopter.
Having abandoned his vehicle the driver was caught by police along with a bicycle which he is suspected of having stolen.
Another male was detained shortly afterwards.
Both were arrested for a series of offences, including burglary and theft, and remain in custody
Wilmslow Police posted on Twitter "Lacey Green residents, has your bicycle gone missing this afternoon??
"An incident earlier where a male decamped from a vehicle, made off from police and then caught shortly after by patrols. The male has acquired a bicycle along the way. Message us or ring 101 quote."
