Waters hosts a visit from Tatton MP and discusses the implications of Brexit

Waters Corporation, Wilmslow hosted a visit from The Right Honourable Esther McVey MP, Tatton on Thursday 27th July.

Following a tour of the site on Altrincham Road she met with Ian King, Senior Vice President, Instrument Technology from Waters Headquarters, Massachusetts and Brian Smith, Vice President MS Instrument Technology from Waters Wilmslow. Esther McVey MP also discussed the implications of Brexit with Paul Young who heads Global Government Affairs at Waters Headquarters.

After the meeting Dr Young commented "As a Massachusetts headquartered company with significant operations in The UK, we are paying very close attention to the implications of Brexit. We very much appreciated the opportunity for a frank and robust discussion on possible outcomes with Ms McVey and look forward to continuing to work closely with her office as the implementation plan for Brexit evolves."
