Firefighters were called to a flat in Brackenwood Mews on Wednesday, 15th February, where a chip pan had caught fire.
Fire crews from Wilmslow and Cheadle attended the incident at 11.27pm.
A team of four firefighters wearing breathing apparatus, used a hose reel jet and specialist fan to extinguish the fire.
A man and a woman were treated for smoke inhalation.
