A new showroom has opened on Water Lane this week offering a wide selection of both contemporary and traditional floor coverings.
Fluffy Flooring have been supplying and installing the latest carpets and rugs from around the world for developers, interior designers and other carpet showrooms in the Cheshire area for the past six years and now the company, run by local businessman Steven Foster, has opened its first showroom.
Steven told wilmslow.co.uk "Fluffy Flooring is about supplying and installing the most fabulous carpets, rugs and stair runners as well as leather floor coverings to suit all budgets. It's amazing what you can have fitted on your floors nowadays and good quality products don't have to cost the earth.
"We also offer a free measuring service to all customers and we only use the best carpet fitters from Cheshire and around the country."
Steven has lived in Alderley Edge for six years, where he has settled with his wife Leanne and their two children Charlie, two, and Amelia who is one.
He explained "We have chosen Wilmslow because it's a great area with some fabulous shops and I feel Water Lane is becoming the one stop street for interiors with the likes of Mandarin Stone, Living Floors and Home Bird to name a few.
"We opened to the doors this week for a soft opening. I still have more work to do but there are carpets and rugs to be seen and we will be taking bookings for our measuring service and any orders."
