Organisers of the Wilmslow Scarecrow Festival are hoping to get the community event up and running again this summer.
Wilmslow and District Rotary are urging local businesses, organisations and individuals to get involved.
The Scarecrow Festival was set up in 2010 and proved a huge success with a colourful crop of over 90 scarecrows taking over the streets of Wilmslow.
Since its inauguration this event has helped to raise many thousands of pounds for charity, particularly for local charities, as well as providing fun for those spotting the straw creations hanging out on the streets, on display in shops windows, lurking in hidden corners and even positioned high on the rooftops.
Secretary, Ian Bradley, said "It has not been easy for us to get the event re-established since Covid and so we are looking for some assistance from various parts of the local community notably to get anyone and everyone involved in producing scarecrows to make the event as lively as possible".
