A driver had their vehicle removed this week as it had been parked obstructing the pavement.
Wilmslow Police also issued fines to two further inconsiderate drivers.
PCSO Morris said "A vehicle was recovered from South Oak Lane on Tuesday, 8th July, for fully obstructing the pavement and preventing a resident from carrying out work to their property.
"Two further vehicles were issued Fixed Penalty Notices for obstructions of the pavement on Westward Road and Knutsford Road, Chorley."
