The Handforth Christmas Light's Switch on will take place on Saturday, 30th November.
This year the Town Council have renewed their Festive Lighting Contract and have a new festive lighting display for 2024. The Town Council also purchased an inflatable Christmas Grotto for the children to go and meet Santa Claus.

There will also be donkeys and Santa will be making an appearance with his sleigh, offering children the chance to visit him in the grotto.
Entertainment will include children's choirs from both the Wilmslow Academy School, Handforth Grange School and The Laurence Singers; there will also be a mixture of new acts this year.
The Christmas light's will be switched on at approximately 4:30pm by the winners of the Children's poster competition accompanied by a special guest.
