What a great idea! It's a shame that there aren't more of this type of development, lots of my friends have spoken about how their children want a small place of their own and to stay in the area, but can't afford a lot of the houses round here. Obviously I have no idea what these will be priced at but hopefully they will be honestly "affordable" because that's what we actually need to get the town buzing again.
