Plans for double storey extension above shop

Plans have been submitted for a double storey vertical extension above an existing building in Wilmslow town centre.

Greenspark Ltd are applying to build the extension above 9 Water Lane. The building currently consists of a retail unit on the ground floor with offices above.

The extension will be occupied by offices with a terrace at roof level.

The plans be viewed on the Cheshire East Council planning portal by searching for planning reference 24/2203M.

Totally ridiculous, an attractive building would become a real eyesore...certainly not in keeping with adjoining buildings either! Awful...
