Plans have been submitted to change the use of a town centre take-away to an office.
Kamani Group are seeking planning permission to covert the former Hungry Panda Chinese takeaway at 3-5 Water Lane into an office.
The scheme also includes connecting the first floor office at 4-6 Alderley Road to the first floor of 3-5 Water Lane.
New bi-fold doors and an entrance door with be created at ground floor level on Water Lane with a spiral staircase at the rear leading to a new fire escape door on the first floor.
