Plans have been submitted to build two detached homes on a vacant site off Chapel Lane which was previously occupied by S C And P Jones builders merchants.
Plans to demolish the existing buildings to the rear of 102 Chapel Lane and construct residential dwellings were approved in January 2024.
A reserved matters application has now been submitted for the construction of two 4 bedroom detached dwellings on the site.
The three-storey dwellings will comprise of an open living, kitchen, dining space, four bedrooms, four baths/WCs, a boot room, utility and snug.
The dwellings will be accessed via a pedestrian and vehicular entrance on Buckingham Road, with off-street parking for two vehicles each.
