The film voting options have been announced for this year's Cinema on the Carrs.

Cinema on the Carrs, which is a free community event funded by Wilmslow Town Council, will take place on Saturday 8th June.

With an afternoon Duck Race, a tuck shop and food and drink stalls, Cinema on the Carrs has proved a popular event since its launch in 2015.

The afternoon film voting options are: Wonka, The Jungle Book (original), Migration or Elemental.

The evening voting options are: Barbie, Elvis, West Side Story (2021) or Indiana Jones and the Dial of Destiny.

Town Mayor, Jon Newell, said, "We are delighted to see the return of Cinema on the Carrs for another year, and invite Wilmslow residents to get involved by voting for their film preferences.

"Each year, it is wonderful to see the community out in our beautiful park with their picnics, watching the films and enjoying time with family and friends. We hope this year's event is as popular as ever."

Voting can be made via Wilmslow Town Council social media accounts, by emailing [email protected] or by calling 01625 402907.

Voting will close on Monday 6th May 2024.
