PLD is a small but fast-growing software development house based in Wilmslow that specialises in mentoring and coaching platforms. We are looking for a Customer Success Officer to join our small and friendly team.
This new job role is to provide first-class customer support to our clients. The role will predominantly be home-based, but initial training will take place in Wilmslow.
The ideal candidate will have:
- Proven customer support experience
- Excellent communication, written and presentation skills
- Ability to multi-task, prioritise, and manage time effectively
- Positive attitude and ability to show initiative
- Excellent computer/Microsoft/excel skills
- A keen eye for detail
- Be able to work alone or as part of a small team
The role will include:
- Following up client support requests
- Providing client training
- Preparing for and holding client review meetings
Full training will be given.
The working hours are Mon-Fri 9-5pm with 1 hour for lunch.
Benefits include £25k per annum, paid monthly in arrears, 5 weeks holiday plus bank holidays.
