A teenager from Heald Green has been charged with assaulting a police officer following an incident in Wilmslow town centre.
Will Dutton-Matthews was arrested at around 2.30am on Saturday 28 August following an incident near to Water Lane.
The 19-year-old of Avon Road, Heald Green, Cheadle, was subsequently charged with assault by beating emergency worker.
Dutton-Matthews has been released on bail and is set to appear at Stockport Magistrates' Court on Monday 18 October.
