Firefighters were called following reports of a fire at a property on Hawthorn Street on Monday, 4th May.
On arrival just before 10pm the crew found a sofa in a conservatory well alight.
Two firefighters wearing breathing apparatus used one hose reel jet to extinguish the flames.
A large fan was used to ventilate the area.
All occupants were assessed at the scene by paramedics.
