Pete Taylor kindly sent us these photos he took of his grape harvest.
He said "The Fulshaw Park vintage looks like being the best ever; is anyone else producing wine from their own grapes in Wilmslow or Alderley? I'm thinking of giving it a try."
If you would like your photos of Wilmslow and the surrounding area to be considered for publication on wilmslow.co.uk then please email them to [email protected].

Here's what readers have had to say so far. Why not add your thoughts below.
Therefore only one solution for me, I'll have to drink Monsieur Taylor's wonderful Vin Fulshaw 18.
À votre santé, Monsieur!!!!!!
If they are quite sweet and appealing, then the chances are that they are table grapes - i.e. for eating. The preponderance of sweetness makes it less viable as a wine-making grape.
If they are tart and acidic, they are probably more like wine-producing grapes.
Are they outside? Or under glass?
We have just watched apples turning appealingly rose-y red this year - and edible - whereas all previous 12 summers have produced tart, green apples with no hint of red at all.
