Plans to convert empty retail unit into dentists

A planning application has been submitted to change the use of an empty town centre retail unit to enable a new dental practice to open.

Permission is being sought to convert the ground floor of the vacant premises at 7 Church Street, which was previously a kitchen showroom, into a dentists.

The new business will be open from 8am to 6pm Monday to Friday and employ four full-time members of staff.

The plans can be viewed on the Cheshire East Council website by searching for planning reference 17/2898M . The last date for submitting comments is 5th July and a decision is expected by 1st August.
