A new furniture showroom was opened on Bank Square by the Mayor of Cheshire East, Councillor Hilda Gaddum on Friday, 18th March.
Family run Bridgman has been designing and manufacturing indoor and outdoor furniture since 1977. With five showrooms in the South East, Bridgman Wilmslow will display a wide selection of Bridgman's signature outdoor and conservatory ranges as well as their new indoor collection featuring solid oak and birch furniture for the dining room and bedroom.
Keen to become an active part of the community, Bridgman has decided to support local charity, East Cheshire Hospice, by donating parasols for patients to use when sitting outside in the beautiful hospice gardens.
Commercial Director, Robert Bridgman comments: "Wilmslow is a destination for discerning homeowners and we look forward to opening our showroom in the heart of the town. We are so grateful to Mayor of Cheshire East, Councillor Hilda Gaddum for her support and hope this is the start of a wonderful relationship between Bridgman and the wider community.
"We are so impressed by the tireless work undertaken by East Cheshire Hospice that we wanted to offer a gift to the charity to offer our support."
A spokesperson for East Cheshire Hospice commented "The donation of parasols to the Hospice will help our patients enjoy our gardens for longer. Our partnership with Bridgman is a result of being this year's Mayor's chosen charity for which we are very grateful."
Bridgman is also offering one lucky reader the chance to WIN a Mayfair Dining Table and 4 Chairs (worth £789) to celebrate the official opening of its new Wilmslow showroom. To enter, simply head over to Bridgman's competition page.
The showroom will be managed by Jonathan Fraser and open 6 days a week, from 10am to 5pm Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday and Saturday and 10am to 4pm on Sunday.
