Work to reinstate the speed bumps on Oak Lane will go ahead next week.
The traffic calming measures, which were removed nearly two years ago when the road was resurfaced, will be reinstated on Friday, 10th October.
As a result Oak Lane will be closed from the junction of Chapel Lane to the junction with Racecourse Road between 8am and 5pm.
The alternative route will be via the following streets: - Altrincham Road A538, Buckingham Road, Chapel Lane, Racecourse Road.
Pedestrian access will be maintained at all times and access for emergency vehicles and residents will be maintained where possible.

We've just been informed the work to reinstall the speed bumps on Oak Lane which is being carried out today will continue tomorrow as well, between 08:00 – 17:00.
