Members and friends of the Wilmslow Guild Flower Club met to celebrate the conclusion of this year's activities and flower arranging demonstrations on Wednesday, 11th July.
The AGM was followed by a two course buffet lunch celebrating the Queen's Jubilee. After lunch a floral demonstration took place given by national demonstrator and television personality, Jonathan Mosley. Jonathan's display was entitled 'Altered Images'.
The day was completed with raffle draws, home and garden produce and craft stalls.
The Flower Club meets at Wilmslow Guild, usually on the last Wednesday in the month at 1:45pm. New members are always welcome and for further details contact Anne Osborne on 01565 653971.
The next meeting of the Flower Club will take place on the 26th September when the flower demonstration will be given by Cynthia Preston-Jones and will be entitled 'Anything Goes'.
