Important information for iPhone app users

Last night we published an update to our app for iPhone that amongst other minor improvments made the app also fully compatible with the iPad.

Shortly after release a number of users reported that the app can't be launched on their device after downloading the update, despite the significant amount of testing that we perform before releasing any update, and despite the testing that Apple performs while reviewing all releases.

After investigation it has become apparent that there is a serious problem with Apple's distribution of apps that is effecting not only our app but also many others including some high profile apps such as Angry Birds Space Free HD, Instapaper and Good Reader.

Do NOT update the app on your device until further notice as you will be left with an app that immediately crashes upon launch.

If you have already installed the update and are left with an app that will no longer work please wait for further information. Once Apple have fixed the issue it should simply be a matter of deleting the app from your device and then re-installing.

I have just managed to download a working version of the app from the app store so it looks likes the problem is resolved.

If you have installed a corrupt version please delete the app by pressing and holding on the app icon.

Then press the X and subsequently download a fresh install from the app store. If you need any assistance don't hesitate to get in touch.
