Police are currently searching for two men who robbed a travel agents in Handforth this morning (Friday 6 January 2012).
At 9.39am police were called to The Paddock in Handforth. On arrival it emerged three female members of staff at Co-operative Travel had been forced to go to the rear of the shop and an unknown quantity of cash had been taken.
No weapons were seen by staff and they were not injured.
The first male is described white, and wearing a full ski mask, navy blue plastic rain cover, black gloves and black tracksuit bottoms.
The second man is white, of slim build with a narrow face. He was wearing a black mask, black gloves and a navy mac with an emblem on it. The top of the hood is mottled and the bottom is a plain dark colour. He has tracksuit bottoms which are elasticated at the bottom and black lace up pumps.
Both men were carrying plastic bags.
