Morrison's plans given the go ahead

Morrisons have been granted planning permission to construction a new shop front for their forthcoming Wilmslow store.

The UK's fourth largest food retailer are opening a convenience store at 51 Whitecroft House on Water Lane which is scheduled to open this summer.

The new shopfront will be installed on the west and south elevations of the existing unit, incorporating double automatic doors. There will be no increase to the existing floor space.

The new convenience store, located next to the Aston Martin dealership, will have a cash machine at the front of the property and create approximately 15 jobs which Morrisons intend to recruiting for locally.

Good for the town, but I suspect the parking wardens in the area are already thinking about what to spend their bonuses on!
