Thirteen people rescued from flooded properties in Fulshaw Park

Firefighters rescued 13 people from flooded properties in Fulshaw Park on New Year's Day.

Two fire engines, one from Northwich and one from Chester, attended addresses at Fulshaw Park South shortly after 8.30am.

A spokesperson from Cheshire Fire & Rescue sevice said "Firefighters used a raft to rescue 13 people from properties which were affected by floodwater in Wilmslow."
