Police executed a warrant at a property in Handforth at around 8am on Wednesday, 24th May.
Upon entering the premises on Ullswater Road officers discovered a number of cannabis plants.
PCSO Harding said "An estimated £150,000 worth of cannabis was removed from the address and will be destroyed."
A car was also seized from the property and two men were arrested.
Aldo Hoxha, 40, of no fixed abode, and Eneo Mollaj, 23, of Ullswater Road, Handforth, have since been charged with production of class B drugs (cannabis).
The pair have been remanded in custody and are set to appear at Chester Magistrates' Court today, Thursday 25th May.
