A prolific shoplifter who was arrested for offences at both Handforth Dean and in Wilmslow town centre was sentenced this week.
Joanne Smith, 34, of Moseley Street, Edgeley, Stockport, appeared at Warrington Magistrates' Court on Wednesday, 17th March, and was charged with four counts of shoplifting.
Smith pleaded guilty to the charges and was sentenced to two weeks in prison. She was also ordered to pay £639.38 compensation and £100 costs.
