Plans have been submitted to convert a three storey office block in Handforth into apartments.
Survey Systems are seeking planning permission for the refurbishment and conversion of Willow Bank House on Old Road to create six 2 bedroom apartments.
The scheme includes minor modifications to the outside of the building, including 4 new windows and the replacement of existing windows.
The existing carpark will serve as parking for the new apartments, providing two spaces for each, and access will be via the existing entrance at the end of Old Road.

the type of housing the local area is very short of and hopefully will get some people onto the housing ladder. Plus enough parking as well!
