Buses operating between Macclesfield, Alderley Edge, Wilmslow and Handforth will run more frequently from next week.
D&G bus have announced that from Monday, 20th July, the 130 service will change from operating every two hours every 90 minutes.
A spokesperson for D&G bus said "Following passenger feedback some journeys will extend to Wythenshawe Interchange. Tram connections can be made at either Wythenshawe or Peel Hall tram stops. Passengers travelling between Handforth and Wythenshawe travel for free until the end of August."

Here's what readers have had to say so far. Why not add your thoughts below.
I've been campaigning on Facebook and the Nextdoor app as well as keeping in regular contact with Esther McVey MP for this service to be extended to allow people to connect with other services.
I do hope that people will make use of this service as it's an important lifeline particularly the elderly & vulnerable.
So let's get behind this and support it.
It is safe and it is clean.
I'm not sure Wilmslow-Macclesfield has ever run every 10 minutes, maybe you're referring to Wilmslow-Colshaw Farm?
130 bus service: D&G Bus will be withdrawing their 130 service on Saturday 3 October. A replacement service to start on Monday 5 October has been tendered but due to contractual requirements, we are unable to confirm the details of this service until 25 September - a further update will follow after this date.
