Bellway developments re-open across Cheshire

Bellway's Heatherley Wood development at Alderley Park

Promotional Feature

House hunters have welcomed the news that leading housebuilder Bellway has reopened the sales offices at a number of its desirable new build developments across Cheshire.

Following the Government's green light to return to site, Bellway has re-opened the sales office and show homes at its Heatherley Wood development at Alderley Park near Alderley Edge and King's Quarter in Macclesfield (where it is also taking enquiries about Waterways 1831, also in Macclesfield).

Visits to site are strictly by appointment only and a new set of policies and procedures are in place to protect potential purchasers, employees and tradesmen, including the installation of new screens, the wearing of face masks and gloves, regular hand washing and the use of anti-bacterial hand gel on arrival and departure.

There will also be limits on the number of people allowed into the sales office and show homes at any one time with all visitors asked to maintain a clear two metre social distance. Signage has been updated to clearly communicate the new policies and the sales teams have undertaken detailed training to ensure everything is understood and can be implemented at a local level.

Sales manager Lynne Duxbury commented: "We are delighted to be back on site at many of our developments and look forward to welcoming the many homebuyers who have been in touch with us virtually and over the phone while we have been closed. At the moment, we are operating an appointment only system with only one client or family at a time. An incredible amount of preparation has gone into ensuring all developments meet Government guidelines for safe reopening and we are confident that this will soon become an easy new way of working."
