Revised plans have been submitted to demolish an engineering workshop in the town centre and build a row of terraced houses.

Ladyfield Developments are seeking permission to demolish a vacant two-storey brick building on Ladyfield Street, which was occupied by a steel fabrication business, and replace it with four terraced houses and eight parking spaces.

The row of terraced houses would front onto Ladyfield Street and have 3 bedrooms each.

Planning permission was granted in May 2017 to demolish the vacant factory and replace it with three terraced houses and six parking spaces.

The plans can be viewed on the Cheshire East Council website by searching for planning reference 18/3449M . The last date for submitting comments is 8th August and a decision is expected by 10th September.
