Plans to change the use of an empty town centre retail unit to enable a new dental practice to open have been approved.
Permission has been granted to convert the ground floor of the vacant premises at 7 Church Street, which was previously a kitchen showroom, into a dentists.
The new business will be open from 8am to 6pm Monday to Friday and employ four full-time members of staff.
