There should be an obligation to take a percentage of NHS clients in order to get this permision. Too many of the Wilmslow dentists only take private patients.

Is there a shortage of commercial property to rent? Apparently there is a housing shortage for many reasons so what excuse is there to convert a house. This is a cheap way of running a business which may have been appropriate years ago but not today.

Perhaps the commercial property numbers don't stack up. Shock horror mark....a business has aspirations to make decent returns. Add it to your to do list as our new representative.

Don't penalise the applicant. Deal with the underlying issues.
