Two people escaped from a ground floor flat via the window after a quad bike caught fire just outside.
Firefighters were called to a report of a flat fire on Rainow Way at 1.37am on Sunday, 25th January.
When they arrived crews found that the fire involved a quad bike outside a ground floor flat.
Firefighters used a hose reel jet to put the fire out.
An investigation has now been launched to find the cause of the fire.
