I assume CEC do not monitor/record Wilmslow CCTV input 24/7, despite several acts of meaningless vandalism in the centre during the the wee small hours?

Not the first time, I called the police and fire brigade out to a bin fire by the old site of the Romany caravan at 23.45 last Saturday night. The fire brigade put out the fire and the police spoke to the individual that started the fire. Perhaps it was the same person.
