Kirsty Howard becomes a calendar girl

Friends and supporters joined Kirsty Howard from The Kirsty Club for the launch of the first ever Kirsty Club Calendar in Wilmslow last week.

The Uptown Girl Calendar 2013, featuring photos of Kirsty posing at local businesses in the Wilmslow and Alderley Edge area, was launched at Revolution on Thursday, 25th October.

Produced by Jo Scott-Aspray, from Maia Photography, the calendar also features Russell Watson, who is a Patron of the charity, for Kirsty's birthday month of September.

Kirsty, who will turn 18 next year, is helping raise funds for the new Francis House Hospice extension, so that more children with short life expectancy and their families can benefit from the wonderful care and facilities at Francis House.

Phil Taylor of The Kirsty Club said "We were thrilled to launch the 'Uptown Girl' calendar which features Kirsty and Russell (The Voice) Watson at shops and businesses in and around the Wilmslow and Alderley Edge areas of Cheshire.

"We have had orders via The Kirsty Club website from New York, Canada, Japan, Australia, Spain and Germany. Please buy a calendar from the retailers that were involved or you can purchase it from www.thekirstyclub.com."
