
Officers are appealing for help from the public to trace a missing teenager from Handforth.
Joshua Myers was reported missing after he was last seen at around 7.30pm on Thursday 22 May in Delamere Road area of Handforth.
The 16-year-old is described as white, around 5'7" tall and of slim build, with light brown hair and blue eyes.
When he was reported missing he was believed to be wearing black shorts and trainers and a black hooded jacket.
Joshua is from Handforth, but he has links the Manchester city centre area.
Since he was reported missing, Joshua may have also travelled to the Devon and Cornwall area via train.
Duty Inspector Ash Sayer said:
"We have been conducting enquiries to locate Joshua since he was reported missing, and we are becoming increasingly concerned for his welfare.
"We would urge anyone who thinks they may have seen Joshua since he went missing to get in touch with us.
"The same goes for anyone who has any information on his whereabouts or any CCTV, video doorbell or dashcam footage of him since he was last seen."
