Police are appealing for information after two quad/scrambler bikes, one red and one yellow, were seen driving on the Jim Evison Playing Fields between 4.15pm and 5.15pm on Monday, 5th February.
PCSO Morris said "Due to the wet conditions on the field, it is likely that they have caused damage, which could impact its uses for football and dog walking.
"If you saw anything or have any information about the bikes or who may be riding them, please email [email protected]. Similarly, if you see them on the fields again please report it to police by telephoning 101."
