Police are investigating a vehicle fire which is thought to have been started deliberately.
Firefighters were called to Clay Lane at 4.35am today (Monday, 7th August) where a vehicle was on fire.
Firefighters wore breathing apparatus and used a hose reel jet to put it out.
A spokesperson for Cheshire Fire & Rescue said "It is believed the fire was started deliberately. Police were also in attendance."
Crews dampened down the area and made the vehicle safe.
