Arrangements have been confirmed for Remembrance Sunday on 13th November in Handforth.
The Parade will set off from Handforth Youth Centre at 10.20am marching along Old Road and turning right on to Station Road. They will then proceed along Wilmslow Road to St Chad's Church where wreaths will be laid at 10.30am.
Afterwards the Parade will reform and march along Wilmslow Road to the Handforth War Memorial for prayers, wreath laying service and two minute silence from 10.50am to 11.20am. The Parade will then reform on Wilmslow Road for the return march to Handforth Youth Centre.
Handforth's Remembrance Sunday is organised by Handforth Town Council in conjunction with St Chad's Church.
