Plans have been submitted to change the use of a vacant laundrette to create a cafe.
In addition to changing the use of the ground floor, the scheme includes external changes and the creation of an external terrace seating area along with four parking spaces at 22 South Oak Lane in Wilmslow.
The cafe will provide employment for two full time and two part time members of staff. Whilst the proposed opening hours are 8am to 7pm Monday to Friday, 8am to 6pm on Saturdays and 9am to 6pm on Sundays and Bank Holidays.
