Two catalytic convertors stolen

Police are warning motorists to be vigilant after two catalytic converters were stolen in the Lacey Green area during the past week.

In both instances the catalytic converters were taken from Honda Accords.

A police spokesperson said "Please be extra vigilant and report anything suspicious to Cheshire Police on 101, or 999 if the offence is occurring there and then."

Perhaps the "police spokesman" could tell us if these items were stolen in the shift-change time period when all the officers were driving to/from Macclesfield to sign off/on?
