Fulshaw Park South closure for resurfacing

Fulshaw Park South will be closed from its junction with Alderley Road to the junction with Stockton Road for four days.

The closure is necessary to enable Cheshire East Highways to carry out resurfacing works.

It is anticipated that the works will take place from Friday 24th October to Monday 27th October, between the times of 8am to 5pm.

The alternative route will be via the following streets: - Alderley Road A538/B5086, Fulshaw Cross Roundabout B5086, Fulshaw Park South, Knutsford Road B5086 and Stockton Road.

Pedestrian access will be maintained at all times. Vehicular access will be maintained for emergency vehicles and residents where possible.

Please tell me how we will gain access to Fulshaw Park South from the Stockton Road end as there is a gate and bollards at the junction of Stockton Road and Fulshaw Park South!!

Well, lets hope it's more successful than the resurfacing of Ashford Road, last week. Today they have been round and dug up all around every grid, and now it looks like a patchwork quilt! I don't think they've finished yet as other grids seem to be marked.
