Wilmslow Historical Society will be welcoming Dr Mike Nevell who will give a presentation on "Roman Northwich".
Dr Nevell is a well known academic and professional archaeologist, the author of many journal articles and more than 40 books on archaeology, including the industrial archaeology of Cheshire and Greater Manchester.
Visitors are welcome and the entrance fee is £5 including tea/coffee and biscuits. Students are admitted free.
Meet at 7.30 for 8.00pm in the Large Hall, United Reformed Church, Chapel Lane, Wilmslow, SK9 1PR.
Parking is available in the Health Centre car park adjacent to the Hall.
