Time and Again Theatre Company perform two open-air Shakespearean comedies in the Carrs Park
Pack a picnic and pull up a chair for an 80s-set A Midsummer Night's Dream, and a sunny 50s seaside Much Ado About Nothing.
Time and Again's A Midsummer Night's Dream sets the Bard's comedy of magic, mayhem and mistaken identities against the backdrop of Thatcher's Britain.
Much Ado About Nothing, meanwhile, will be transporting audiences to the 1950s heyday of the Great British seaside and the Messina Holiday Camp, where misunderstandings and mischief wreak havoc among the holidaymakers.
A Midsummer Night's Dream will play on Thursday 16th and Sunday 19th June at 7pm, and a Sunday matinee at 1pm. Much Ado About Nothing will play on Friday 17th and Saturday 18th June at 7pm, with a Saturday matinee at 1pm. Run time 2 hours, with a 20 minute interval.
Tickets £10 for adults and £5 for children, bring your own chair or a blanket (and feel free to bring a picnic too)!
